When I remarked out of despair that this is the only McDonald's that I have issues with, they said "Why do you come then?" - very good question, and you can believe I won't again! When I finally got my food (having paid twice - they promise l'd me I'd get my money back, but I was charged twice - and they expect me to return to the restaurant to ask for my money back), it wasn't even the correct order, but I wasn't going back round a 3rd time to be mocked and ridiculed by staff who clearly don't know how to speak to people in a half decent way again. The staff need training, and their parents to teach them some manners - quite clear neither of those things have happened in their lives before. Absolute joke - would score 0 stars if I could.
